Cancellation Policy

Clients of BKM Marketing Hub have the right to cancel services within a specified timeframe. The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service engaged. Clients are advised to refer to the specific project proposal or agreement for details on cancellation terms.

High-Ticket Funnel Designing, High-Ticket Offer Crafting, High-Converting Landing Page Design, E-commerce Marketing Services, High-Ticket Appointment Generation, AI Implementation in Business, Lead Nurturing Automation System, Website Development And Design, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Marketing Strategy and Consulting

For services falling under the above categories, a cancellation request must be made in writing. If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe, the client may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in the project-specific agreement.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited.

Refund eligibility for services is determined based on the type of service provided:

If the client cancels the service within [number of days] days from the date of project commencement, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Non-Service Purchases

For non-service purchases, such as digital products or training materials, refunds may be considered within accoridng to agreement signed. Refund requests must be made in writing, and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
