This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between BKM Marketing Hub, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the user accessing or using the services provided by the Company, hereinafter referred to as the “Client” or “User.”

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BKM Marketing Hub, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Payment Processing

Payment for services rendered by BKM Marketing Hub is processed through Stripe. The Client agrees to abide by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy, available at [link to Stripe’s terms of service].

Service Engagement and Payment

Clients engaging BKM Marketing Hub’s services agree to the terms outlined in project proposals and invoices. Payment terms and project milestones will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the fulfillment of the agreed-upon services. Delays or inaccuracies caused by the Client may impact project timelines and outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created in the course of providing services, including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies, shall remain the property of BKM Marketing Hub unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of engagement.

Limitation of Liability

BKM Marketing Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable refunds will be outlined in project-specific agreements.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Union Territory of Delhi, India
